Acmei, with its 13 locations in Central and Southern Italy, offers integrated solutions for highly technological systems in the following sectors: residential, commercial, advanced tertiary, industrial, hospitality and hospital sectors.
Before moving to Vianova, when a problem arose it was complicated to work out who to turn to. We now have a single point of contact for all corporate telecommunications, and this has simplified our work and saved us time. Furthermore, with SIM Manager we can independently manage all 300 company SIMs, without having to dedicate one of our employees exclusively to this task.
The issue
Too many points of contact and a lot of wasted time
To manage our telecommunications, we had to rely on the telephone operator for the lines, a systems engineer for the VPN, an installation engineer for the WiFi, and several local maintenance engineers for the 13 PBXs at our locations.
When a problem arose, it was complicated to even figure out who to contact with the risk of being bounced from one contact person to another before arriving at a solution.
Then there was the management of our 300 SIM cards, for which we had to dedicate one of our employees almost full time. With the old operator’s salesperson, we used to joke (but without much laughter) that they should be paying this employee’s salary!
