For telecommunications management, we had several providers, one for connectivity, one for PBXs, one for VPNs, one for the conference and virtual fax services, in short, a lot of confusion and management difficulties.
Every time we opened a new store we had to coordinate activities with the various points of contact and, as if that were not enough, when we closed one we had to bear all the costs of decommissioning.

Vianova solved the problem by creating a dedicated high-performance fiber optic connection for our voice and data services. The service also includes a backup line and router that are automatically activated in the event of a primary connectivity disruption.
Thus the continuity of our work is guaranteed.
