  • the Agile International option can only be activated in conjunction with a Vianova Agile profile
  • Agile International and Business Travel packages don’t include calls  to Premium, Satellite and Non-Geographical (NGN) numbers

  • upon activation of Agile International, the monthly fee will be charged regardless of the day of activation and the traffic included in the entire package will be available until the end of the month
  • Agile International automatically renews on the first day of the following month
  • the deactivation of Agile International will take effect from the first day of the following month
  • once the Agile International thresholds are exceeded, the costs of the pay-as-you-go services are applied
  • The data traffic included in Agile International includes:
    • 4 GB roaming in Canada, Monaco, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland
    • in EU countries, you have 15 GB available as per the Agile profile according to the European Union (EU) roaming like at home regulations
  • minutes included in Agile International include:

    • outgoing calls from countries included in the activated package to the rest of the world, with the exception of the following countries: Diego Garcia, Norfolk Island, Niue, Sao Tome and Principe, Timor Est
    • in the countries available in the activated package, incoming calls from the rest of the world, with the exception of the following countries: Diego Garcia, Norfolk Island, Niue, Sao Tome and Principe, Timor Est
  • the SMS available with Business Travel, in the countries of the activated package, include SMS from and to all the world
  • the cost of Business Travel packages is charged on the company credit after the use of one of the included services (data traffic, Voice or SMS)
  • Business Travel packages will be automatically renewed when you use up one of the included services. There is a maximum of 5 renewals per day, that expirate at 00:00 italian time. When all renewal are finished, you will be charged according to the standard prices of your profile and the settings of Area Clienti
  • cost per minute of all calls calculated based on the actual seconds of conversation, with no connection fee
  • the list of the Countries divided by zone is available on this page
  • the list of the area codes for Premium and Satellite calls is available on this page
  • from abroad, Customer Service can be reached at +39 3783 145 145: with Vianova Mobile, calls are free from the EU, while the costs set out in the international rate lists apply for calls from outside the EU is avilable on this page
