  • 5G technology is available in service-covered areas and on compatible devices
  • 5G allows for a maximum estimated browsing speed of up to 2 Gbps for download and 200 Mbps for upload. The actual 5G browsing speed depends on several factors, such as simultaneous usage by other users, the availability and proximity of radio antennas, and the presence of obstacles (walls, buildings, structures, terrain features)
  • abroad, the availability of 5G depends on the roaming operator’s coverage
  • MMS are not available
  • Internet, Voice, and SMS traffic included in the package but not used within the month cannot be used in the following month
  • when you’re abroad, Vianova Phone allows you to make and receive calls exclusively between Centrex extensions
  • the use of SIMs installed in GSM boxes is not permitted; any traffic exchanged will be charged under the conditions set out in the pay-per-use Enterprise profile
  • the eSIM service is only available on compatible terminals; check your smartphone’s features on the producer’s website
  • to transfer an eSIM from one terminal to another, you must first remove the mobile plan from the terminal on which it is configured
  • to activate an eSIM, it is necessary to have access to a WiFi network or another mobile network; in the case of a dual SIM phone with an already active SIM, it is possible to use the data traffic of the already active SIM

  • mobile coverage refers to the percentage of the Italian population that can access the service.
  • changes to the profile associated with a SIM will take effect from the first day of the following month
  • in the event of the termination of the contractual relationship with Vianova, the leftover unused credit is returned to the Customer in full
  • the cost of calls, beyond those included in the package, is calculated based on the actual seconds of conversation and without any connection fee
  • national and international roaming Internet traffic is always calculated on the basis of the KB actually used
  • Internet traffic in excess of the amount included in the package is charged in 10 KB increments
  • access to voicemail is included in the price
  • SIMs activated during the month are topped up with an amount proportional to the remaining days until the end of the month (e.g. for an Agile profile activated on April 16, only 7.5 euro will be charged instead of 15 euro)
  • the services included with SIMs activated during the month are reduced in proportion to the remaining days until the end of the month (e.g. an Agile profile activated on April 16 will include 25 GB and 50 SMS)
  • the included minutes apply to calls to national landline and cell phone numbers. For other numbers, check the specific rate lists at this page
  • the Busy Call service works even if only one of the callers is using a Vianova Mobile SIM
  • Vianova Mobile allows the use of VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology at no additional cost, enabling you to make HD calls and browse at maximum speed even while on a call. Check the constantly updated list of supported smartphones.
  • the VoLTE service works on Vianova SIMs and eSIMs under 4G (or LTE) coverage. Refer to the Support section for more information
  • from abroad, Customer Service can be reached at +39 3783 145 145: with Vianova Mobile, calls are free from the EU, while the costs set out in the international rate lists apply for calls from outside the EU
  • European Union (EU) rules on roaming like at home allow you to use the mobile service in any EU country without having to pay additional roaming charges. For further information, consult the European Union information page and the Vianova general supply conditions
