Vianova Phone

With Phone, you can save on costs, because you can call from abroad to national landlines and cell phones at 1 and 3 cents/min respectively. In addition, calls to Vianova landlines and cell phones are included.

SIM and eSIM

Customers have total freedom to manage their SIMs and eSIMS.

eSIM

The eSIM is a virtual SIM with the same features as a classic SIM. It allows you to activate a mobile plan without inserting a physical SIM in your smartphone. With eSIM, there is no waiting time because you receive it in digital format and you can install it in a few minutes.

  • MMS are not available
  • the eSIM service is only available on compatible terminals; check your smartphone’s features on the producer’s website
  • to transfer an eSIM from one terminal to another, you must first remove the mobile plan from the terminal on which it is configured
  • to activate an eSIM, it is necessary to have access to a WiFi network or another mobile network; in the case of a dual SIM phone with an already active SIM, it is possible to use the data traffic of the already active SIM

  • mobile coverage refers to the percentage of the Italian population that can access the service
  • changes to the profile associated with a SIM will take effect from the first day of the following month
  • in the event of the termination of the contractual relationship with Vianova, the leftover unused credit is returned to the Customer in full
  • the cost of calls is calculated based on the actual seconds of conversation, with no connection fee
  • national and international roaming Internet traffic is always calculated on the basis of the KB actually used
  • access to voicemail is included in the price
  • the Enterprise profile with a subscription is subject to the payment of the government license fee (Tassa di Concessione Governativa)
  • SIMs that are not used during the month do not generate costs
  • the monthly amount for the Voice and SMS service is only charged if the SIM makes at least one incoming or outgoing call or sends at least one SMS during the month
  • the monthly amount for the Internet service is only charged if the SIM uses at least one KB of data traffic from the Mobile network during the month
  • the Busy Call service works even if only one of the callers is using a Vianova Mobile SIM
  • Vianova Mobile allows the use of VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology at no additional cost, enabling you to make HD calls and browse at maximum speed even while on a call. Check the constantly updated list of supported smartphones
  • the VoLTE service works on Vianova SIMs and eSIMs under 4G (or LTE) coverage. Refer to the Support section for more information
  • from abroad, Customer Service can be reached at +39 3783 145 145: with Vianova Mobile, calls are free from the EU, while the costs set out in the international rate lists apply for calls from outside the EU
  • European Union (EU) rules on roaming like at home allow you to use the mobile service in any EU country without having to pay additional roaming charges. For further information, consult the European Union information page and the Vianova general supply conditions
  • Italian law does not allow the reselling of SMS traffic tramite APP (ad es. Cash4SMS, SimCash.io, Coinbox e SMSCashback) as stated in our General Supply terms and Conditions
