Customer Area is a one-of-a-kind, secure area designed with your information needs in mind, updated in real time and available at all times.
It is easy to navigate through the various options to monitor your usage and the services used, manage your access lines, and view a company phone book that updates automatically.
Personal logins
Vianova offers personalized access for each corporate user via Single Sign-On, a single login that provides straightforward and private access to the various information sections of the Customer Area, your Mail inbox, and other Vianova services.
Each individual user can be linked to one of the Customer Area access profiles – either predefined or customized – based on their specific information needs (for example, you can configure a user account for your accountant and allow them to only view pages related to billing).
Web apps
The Customer Area allows direct access to Vianova’s web apps and control panels, including Mail, Drive, Traffic, Cloud, and SIM Manager.
Invoice
Our invoice is an interactive document that helps you check the details of charges for the selected period and for all types of services. You can view and download invoices for previous months with the corresponding details of the telephone calls made, broken down by line and by site.
What’s more, you always have to hand the rates applied to the various traffic routes and types of services used, ensuring maximum transparency.
Analysis tools
The Customer Area provides useful commercial and administrative analysis tools, giving you 24/7 access to statistics and reports that allow you to assess how you use your telecommunication services, including your call history, sent and received faxes, Conference Calls made, etc.
The Customer Area also offers real-time monitoring of the bandwidth consumption of your connections and the status of your access lines.
SIM Manager
The web app where you can configure your Vianova SIM cards independently, with maximum flexibility.
With SIM Manager, you can manage Number Portability, change the type of profile, enable and disable individual services, and set the maximum monthly spending threshold per SIM for each individual service.
Restrictions
- access to the Mail, Traffic, SIM Manager and LAN Manager web apps requires the corresponding services to be activated
- to create a Mail mailbox, the corresponding user must be configured in the Customer Area
Notes
- it is possible to create users in the Customer Area associated with non-Mail mailboxes
- when accessing the Customer Area from a site served by Vianova, the Customer will be automatically recognized and will be able to view the pages included in the default ‘corporate’ profile without logging in
- the phone book is automatically updated thanks to the link between the numbers called and the details contained in the telephone directories (with regard to companies that have provided consent)
- overall disk space usage is calculated by adding together the space used by the Mail, Drive, and Traffic services (in terms of the archive of PDFs for the Fax service and any audio recordings made by the Conference Call service)
