Vianova One is the application that integrates Vianova’s UCC and Mobile services, allowing you to communicate and collaborate from anywhere using your PC or smartphone.

The application is included with the UCC Collaboration license and combines advanced telephony features with professional collaboration tools such as chat, desktop sharing, and video conferencing, all on a single platform.

When paired with a Vianova SIM, it enables access to the services included in the Vianova Mobile plan and allows real-time monitoring of SIM usage.

Limitations

  • To use Vianova One, the following minimum system requirements are necessary: Microsoft Windows 10 or later, macOS 15 or later, Android 12 or later, iOS 16.0 or later.
  • When installed on Virtual Machines (e.g., Citrix) or remote desktops, audio quality and proper operation of Vianova One are not guaranteed.
  • Call forwarding to an external number is not available for Vianova plans with only one voice channel.
  • When activating UCC on a Vianova connection with a downstream speed below 30 Mbps and upstream below 3 Mbps, a technical assessment will be carried out to determine the maximum number of supported simultaneous calls.
  • Quality of Service (QoS) for internal and external calls using UCC terminals depends on the proper configuration of the Customer’s LAN. It is guaranteed, for sites served by Vianova connectivity, based on the actual connection speed and the line’s capacity.
  • In locations not served by Vianova connectivity, the quality of Voice service via UCC terminals is provided on a “best effort” basis.
  • The PBX Shared mode and Hot Desking functionality are available for UCC only with the Vianova Profiles plan or the Vianova SIP Trunk offer with Vianova Connect.
  • In locations not served by Vianova connectivity, the quality of Voice service via UCC terminals is “best effort.”
  • Vianova One allows you to use your extension and mobile number throughout the national territory. When abroad, Vianova One only supports calls between UCC extensions. To enable this functionality, the app must access your exact location during calls.
  • For security reasons, Vianova One must verify that a Vianova SIM is inserted in the smartphone. This verification is required only to use the mobile number through the app.
  • Voice service quality for calls made with Vianova One on smartphones is guaranteed only within sites served by Vianova and equipped with WiFi networks capable of managing certified Quality of Service (QoS) by a Vianova Partner.
  • Under uncertified WiFi coverage or mobile networks, the quality of Voice service through Vianova One is “best effort.”
  • The desktop sharing feature is only available in the PC version of Vianova One.
  • Chat is allowed only among Users within the same PBX Group.
  • The VIP Call Assistant can only be set to an internal extension or a Vianova Mobile number.
  • For Users with a Voice license, the Vianova One application is available exclusively in the desktop version and can be used in CTI mode to control desk phones, set call forwarding and automatic actions, and access the address book.

  • UCC supports the TLS security protocol to protect phone calls.
  • The maximum number of simultaneous external UCC calls is determined by the total number of voice channels subscribed across all of the Customer’s Vianova Profiles locations, or by the total number of SIP Trunk voice channels activated across all sites.
  • In the case of multiple Vianova Profiles locations belonging to the same PBX, the maximum number of simultaneous external calls per site corresponds to the maximum number of voice channels supported by the profile subscribed for that location (e.g., a 1.5.3 profile allows up to 5 simultaneous calls; a 6.12.8 profile allows up to 12, and so on).
  • For multiple Vianova Connect sites using SIP Trunk, the maximum number of simultaneous external calls per site varies based on the number of subscribed voice channels (locations with 1 to 5 SIP Trunk channels can handle up to 5 simultaneous calls; those with 6 to 10 can handle up to 10; and those with 11 to 115 channels can handle up to 15).
  • Phone traffic is billed by Vianova according to the pricing terms of the subscribed offer.
  • The cost of calls transferred to external numbers outside of UCC (national, mobile, international, etc.) is subject to the rates specified in the subscribed plan.
  • Call recordings made via Vianova One are saved locally on the User’s device and are not accessible to third parties.
